2. What personal data we collect

Through the web form, we collect the following personal data:

• first name and last name,
• company name,
• email address,
• phone number.

3. Purpose of processing

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• preparing an offer/quotation,
• communication with the customer regarding an enquiry or order,
• responding to questions submitted via the web form.

We do not use the data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

• taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)),
• when the user submits an enquiry or requests an offer; and

• until the communication is completed or the offer/quotation is prepared,
• or for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected.

After the purpose has been fulfilled, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
